Product Description:
Glass shot bag impact testing machine is a testing instrument for testing the impact resistance of tempered glass.
This instrument uses an impact body of the same mass to test the penetration resistance or strength of tempered glass under impact at different heights.
The machine consists of a sample holder, a roll-up bracket, a shot bag and a control frame. The sample holder needs to be installed against the wall.
The roll-up bracket is installed about 2.5 meters away from the opposite side of the sample holder.
The wire rope pulls the shot bag to the reduction motor at the bottom of the roll-up frame.
The control box manually controls the roll-up machine to lift the shot bag to the required height.
After reaching the height, the manual control switch releases the bomb bag to achieve pendulum impact.
Suitable for drop weight impact testing of ferritic steels (especially various pipeline steels).

Test steps for shotgun bag impact testing machine:
1. Lift the impact body with a flexible steel wire rope with a diameter of 3 mm, so that the outer circumference of the cross-sectional diameter part of the impact body is less than 13 mm from the surface of the sample and within 50 mm from the center of the sample.
2. Keep the center position of the impact body diameter at a drop height of 300mm, swing it down freely, and impact the sample.1 time near the heart point. If the sample is not damaged, raise it to 750mm and impact again near the center of the same sample.
3. When the sample is still not damaged, raise it to a height of 1200mm and impact once near the center point of the same sample.
4. When the sample with a drop height of 300mm, 750mm or 1200mm is destroyed, within 5 minutes after the destruction, select 10 pieces from the glass fragments and call the mass. And measure the length that remains within the frame without penetrating cracks.
